At 51 years old, I’ve finally discovered the joy of embracing my own style—and it feels incredible.
For much of my life, having a personal fashion identity felt out of reach. Like so many people, I simply couldn’t afford to invest in clothing that expressed who I was inside. Instead, I focused on practicality, getting by with what I had, and dreaming of the day I could truly show up in the world as myself.
That day finally came. With time, perseverance, and a renewed sense of self-worth, I’ve learned how to curate a wardrobe that feels authentic, vibrant, and uniquely me. Fashion has become more than what I wear—it’s a celebration of my journey, my resilience, and my personality.
Today, I’m proud to say I’ve found my groove—and my “glove”—for style. I hope my story inspires others to know that it’s never too late to explore, discover, and express who you are, inside and out.
